1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received an incorrect item
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in its original packaging
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues (unless wrong size was sent)
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
4. REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For COD orders:
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
- You may be asked to provide your bank/UPI details
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still not received, contact us at the email below
7. CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return cost
- In other eligible cases, return shipping charges may apply
