Return & Refund Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (unless wrong size was sent)
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


4. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

For COD orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
  • You may be asked to provide your bank/UPI details

6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us at the email below

7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return cost
  • In other eligible cases, return shipping charges may apply
